Refund Policy

If Site Blocker Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full. No questions needed.

How to ask

• Reply to your Dodo Payments receipt email, or
• Email hello@elab-studio.com with the email address you used at checkout.

We answer within 2 business days.

Who processes the refund

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

The license key is turned off. The extension goes back to the free plan the next time it checks the key. Your block list stays on your computer; items beyond the free limit are paused, not deleted.

After 14 days

If something is broken and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will make it right, including a refund where reasonable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
